Dates: Every Sunday for 6 weeks

Grades 3–5: 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM
Grades 6–8: 2:00 PM – 3:00 PM
Grades 9–12: 3:00 PM – 4:00 PM

PROGRAM STRUCTURE

Each 1-hour session is focused on maximizing shooting reps and building muscle memory:

🔹 30 Minutes
- Dribble pick-ups into a shot
- Shot preparation drills
- Form correction & footwork development
🔹 30 Minutes
- High-rep shooting using the Shooting Machine *NEW*
- 3 Pointers, Mid-Range, 1-2 Dribble Pull Ups etc.
- Competitive shooting challenges
